The blog of John Watson, about my life and family: Sherlock, Mycroft, and my lovely husband, Greg Lestrade.
Not today's official post, just a picture of my mum's walk. Found it last night when I should have been sleeping.
Well, you should be proud--it's lovely, and still straight as straight!
Your talents have no end.Lovely bit of laying
Very nicely done John.
Am now off on my mom's shoe safari. Which has now been expanded to include a black skirt and a winter jacket and...I stopped listening. Pray for me.Have a nice day!
Lovely bit of layingShould've seen that one coming... Good luck, RR.
Should have seen that one coming .Lol, you probably should have, yes. Lovely job on the path, though!
It's one if my favourite things about you. Your laying prowess.
It looks like my mom should have hired you instead of loading me up with slabs of slate and pointing where the next one should go! Though her whole yard is rolly, so getting everything level wasn't, thankfully, a top priority.
I'm impressed :-)
Thanks, everyone. :) Innie - it really helped that both the ground and the stones were relatively flat. I wouldn't want to try it somewhere hilly.
Lovely bit of laying*snicker* That wasn't me!Good luck, RR.Thank you! I survived. More I cannot expect. :)(For those who want more, although I can't imagine why one would, it's my blog post for today. I'm already running short of material.)
